Dog Owners Unite!
Our dogs are in danger of losing access to Coindre Hall, West Hills, and other Suffolk County parks.
Since dog owners represent 45% of the population, hundreds of thousands of Dogs could be banned from Suffolk County Parks.

vigorously supports Dog Owner's rights &
introduced Legislation Tues. Aug 27, 2002 to establish a Dog Park at Coindre Hall,
improve West Hills & permit Dog Parks at other County locations.
The reference number is IR 1953-2002 (use this
number during your calls to Legislators). If this Legislation is
defeated by the Parks Committee & the full Legislature, Dogs could be prohibited in all
County Parks. Initial Public Hearing is on Tues. 9/17 2:30PM at William Rogers Bldg.,
Hauppauge.
